Job Summary: Community Partnership of the Ozarks is currently hiring a full time Community Diversity and Equity Director position responsible for helping to advance diversity and equity across the community, breaking down structural barriers to opportunity, and creating infrastructure for all community institutions that want to develop a culture of equity and inclusion. Strong leadership and relationship building skills; excellent communication skills, verbal and written; public speaking, facilitation and presentation skills; and experience with/knowledge of developing collaborative partnerships and working with K-12, higher education, neighborhoods, community leaders, and community faith/based groups is required. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years paid professional work experience that includes expertise working with diversity and equity initiatives also required.

Position Clarification:

The position of Community Diversity and Equity Director is a grant-funded position and is based upon funding availability.  This is an exempt full-time position. Community Partnership is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
