Environmental Analyst I (Air Quality)

We are currently seeking applicants for an Environmental Analyst in the Environmental, Health & Safety department of our Power Production division located in Springfield, MO. As an Environmental Analyst on our team, you will have the primary responsibility for permitting, monitoring, reporting and analyzing regulations related to air emissions at AECI generation plants. All experience levels will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS)
  • Implement and monitor Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Clean Air Act (CAA) compliance program. 
  • Lead and/or participate in annual environmental air audits.
  • Develop and conduct training at plants.
  • Interact with federal and state regulatory agencies.
  • This position will require up to 25% travel.
