Financial Analyst



SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst will be primarily required to provide support to the CFO and perform special financial projects as requested by Senior Leadership. Be involved in strategy revision, planning, program enhancement, and overall process improvement. This individual will be pivotal in annual budgeting and forecasting as well as understanding the performance of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to:

  • Perform period-end financial reporting for management
  • Provide bank deliverables to fulfill financing obligations
  • Provide support in budgeting and weekly forecasting
  • Develop financial models to analyze company performance and forecast future performance based on historical trends
  • Assist in evaluating tools, decisions, and results of processes used to meet goals
  • Continuously analyze company processes to find ways for improvement
  • Work closely with IT to understand & develop accurate reporting.  Provide weekly cash flow forecasting
  • Provide regular monitoring and evaluation of varying performance strategies
  • Perform ad hoc reporting as requested by management


  • Degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Technology-driven systems experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access)and Great Plains Accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow-through skills
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment
