Summary:  Build relationships with customers, bringing on new customers, maintaining current customer base by performing the following duties. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
  • Set and achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
  • Make a minimum of 40+ calls a day while managing accounts of 100+ customers
  • Maintain assigned customer contract renewals on a monthly basis and assist with lead generation for our outside sales force 
  • Keep track on dials and contacts daily
  • Input customer notes, callbacks, including all details and relevant information
  • Create and maintain sales pipeline
  • Bring innovative ideas to the department to help us keep improving
  • Prepare quotes and bids for large accounts
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
  • Answer phone and enter customer supply orders on occasion
  • Investigates and resolves client issues quickly
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales/department meetings
  • All other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will not have supervisory responsibilities

  • Associates or Bachelor’s in Marketing preferred, or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
