Loss Prevention Administrative Assistant

The Loss Prevention Assistant will provide secretarial support to the Loss Prevention Department.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide primary phone support to the loss prevention department.
- Run alarm activity user reports for auditors, store managers, district and regional managers on an "as needed" basis.
- Process daily e-mails alarm code requests.
- Process restitution payments.
- Track and apply for alarm permits for all stores.
- Assist with our criminal background check process.
- Assist with tracking annual inventory schedule and required paperwork.
- Assist department coordinator as needed with special projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suit.
- General knowledge of office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
This is a part-time opportunity; Monday- Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
