Loss Prevention Administrative Assistant


The Loss Prevention Assistant will provide secretarial support to the Loss Prevention Department.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide primary phone support to the loss prevention department.
  • Run alarm activity user reports for auditors, store managers, district and regional managers on an "as needed" basis.
  • Process daily e-mails alarm code requests.
  • Process restitution payments.
  • Track and apply for alarm permits for all stores.
  • Assist with our criminal background check process.
  • Assist with tracking annual inventory schedule and required paperwork.
  • Assist department coordinator as needed with special projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suit.
  • General knowledge of office equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills. 

This is a part-time opportunity; Monday- Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
