Job Summary
  • Handles clerical duties within Nursing Administration Office. Effectively manages duties to maintain an organized office. Maintains effective lines of communication with hospital departments and staff, Nursing Administration Leadership, and Nursing Supervisors.
Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience
    • Preferred: Previous medical office or secretarial experience
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Excellent telephone and communication skills
    • Excellent communication skills
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration
    • Required: Notary certification within 6 months of hire
