Office Administrator

Carson-Mitchell, Inc. is a general contractor in Springfield, MO that has been in business for over 70 years. We are looking for someone capable of managing daily office responsibilities and book keeping. Responsibilities would include, accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of Pay Applications, payroll, certified payroll, union reports, preparation of subcontracts and purchase orders, and maintaining general office files.
