Opportunity Description:
The One Door Coordinator will provide assessment services and supervise a team of Assessment Specialists, including Shelter Diversion and Housing Assessment Specialist.  The One Door Coordinator will also be responsible for administrative duties of the One Door Program.

This position will:  Maintain budgets and ensure all reporting is completed as specified by finding sources; assure quality services are provided to clients, providers, and the community; identify problems in service delivery and subsequent solution; identify gaps in community resources and work to educate the community regarding these gaps; meet with clients to complete assessment; make appropriate referrals; provide time-limited case management services to clients of One Door; answer phone inquiries regarding available resources; maintain contact with partner agencies to increase knowledge of available resources; present to community groups and partner agencies; strongly adhere to policies and practices outlined by HMIS technical standards; assume other duties as assigned.

The position of One Door Coordinator is a grant-funded position and is based upon funding availability.  This is an exempt full-time position.  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
