Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist will be part of our tax team and be trained in all aspects of tax withholding and remittance. They will assist in the review process for payroll each week.


Essential Job Functions

  • Analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
  • Completing journal entries.
  • Balancing accrual accounts and payroll tax withholding and payments. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have strong Excel skills.
  • 2 years of accounting related experience or degree.
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills. 

This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
