Quality Analyst

Purpose of Position 

The Quality Analyst position plan, implement, and report findings of administrative and analytical projects specific to organizational, operational, financial, and strategic planning needs of the Greene County Juvenile Office as directed by the Director of Quality Services. This includes functions such as formulating evaluation/research questions, building and implementing evaluation/research methodologies, evaluating study results, and timely and accurately reporting such results to enable the executive and managerial bodies of the office to make data-informed decisions.


Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions 

Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational or Social Services, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field. At least 6 credit hours of research methods and/or statistics coursework required.

Experience: Required: Two years of experience manipulating data contained in computer information systems/databases such as, but limited to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. Experience may be acquired from educational practice or work experience in an information service or business environment.

Must pass background check provided for the agency by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Family Care Safety Registry which includes the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Department of Social Services.
