As a Recruiter, you will source, recruit and onboard candidates for employment in accordance with applicable employment laws, regulations and VUHL policies. 

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Oversee hiring process from sourcing through onboarding for assigned departments. 

  • Ensure timely communication of employment actions:  new hires, terminations and transfers.

  • Actively source candidates for current openings and ongoing pipeline.

  • Establish and maintain contacts with the community through events such as job fairs, conventions, employment firms.

We’ll also want to know you can demonstrate these attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Experience developing and maintaining positive employee relationships.

  • Excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Maturity in dealing with confidential and delicate information.

  • Experience in Human Resources is desired.

  • Available for occasional evening and weekend events.
