Columns IV & Vikings Apartments, located at 2149 E. Sunshine Street, was sold in August 2022. The new management company is CRES Management, a well-known leader in the multi-family industry located in Kansas City, MO. The 358-unit community is now named "The Columns".  The owners have a renovation planned and have already started making improvements.CRES is excited to be in Springfield and part of the Springfield Chamber.
