What started as a desire to help others discover themselves, so that they can bring their full selves to the workplace and experience true fulfillment has evolved into a big dream of transforming the workplace on employee at a time. DAMI has spent the last 5 years coaching those in the job market, whether unemployed or in the process of transitioning, using her proven career, job search, and resume strategy programs to help clients land a job which they can confidently bring something to the table and look forward to every day.

In 2018, DAMI began creating Purpose Connect, a hiring software that is non-resume based. After years of pulling ideas together, DAMI is set to launch this software in Fall, 2022 and excited to share this new way of hiring first with the Springfield community. Purpose Connect aims to make hiring more human and is personalized and targeted for a solid job seeker - employer match.
