Many across Missouri continue to adjust to a new normal as the state works to shift from rapidly responding to gradually recovering from the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Prior to this public health crisis, Governor Parson and leaders across the state prioritized and celebrated economic success through workforce development programs and infrastructure investments to help make Missouri the best in the Midwest.

As we look forward in a COVID-19 world, we are still faced with many uncertainties and unknowns. Please join us via conference call to hear from statewide leaders on Missouri's Show Me Strong recovery plan for individuals, businesses, and communities.

Speakers:

  • Rob Dixon - Director, Missouri Dept. of Economic Development
  • Zora Mulligan - Commissioner, Missouri Dept. of Higher Education and Workforce Development
  • Katie Jo Wheeler - Deputy Director, Missouri Dept. of Natural Resources

As part of today's discussion, our presenters will provide an overview of the current state of Missouri's economy. Many of the measures they will highlight can be found on the state's new Show Me Strong Recovery Dashboard, which can be found here
