Elected to the Missouri House of Representatives in November 2020, Representative Riley proudly serves Missouri's 134th District in the House of Representatives, working to support his community through legislative leadership and advocacy.

Prior to being elected by his colleagues as the Majority Floor Leader for the 2025 legislative session, Riley served on several committees, including in leadership roles as the chairman of the General Laws Committee and the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules.

Throughout his tenure, Riley has been a strong advocate for reducing burdensome business regulations, fostering economic growth, and supporting small businesses. He has been a strong partner to the Springfield Chamber and Southwest Missouri region, working to create a pro-business environment that helps local employers thrive.
