Quade has served in the role since 2016 and was elected by her peers in 2019 as Minority Floor Leader, a position she's held through 2024. Throughout her tenure, Quade has been a partner for the Springfield community in Jefferson City, a leader for her party across the state, and an advocate for education, healthcare, addressing workforce barriers, and ensuring our region and state remain competitive.
