Missouri State University is accepting applications for an Academic Advising, Marketing and Recruitment Specialist in the College of Natural and Applied Sciences (CNAS). Responsibilities: supporting faculty advisors in departments/programs within the college; helping with the development of academic schedules and retention strategies for current STEM students; visiting with prospective students, meeting with those students interested in changing their majors to STEM, and serving as SOAR advisor for the college; helping to achieve the college enrollment and recruitment goals and objectives by establishing and maintaining effective communication with targeted high schools and community colleges, developing and implementing recruitment activities, and by developing retention and engagement activities for students.
