Purpose of Position 

The Administrative Clerk II serves as the first point of contact for employees and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area. This role involves providing efficient and accurate administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. By performing these duties with attention to detail and professionalism, the Administrative Clerk II helps streamline office workflows, and plays a crucial role in creating a positive, professional and courteous environment. 


Minimum Training and Experience 

Required to Perform Essential Job Functions Vocational/technical training in bookkeeping, secretarial skills, or related area; two years responsible clerical experience and word processing automated spreadsheet proficiency; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
