What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll work closely with local business owners to understand their challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop tailored marketing strategies using our full suite of media platforms, including digital, audio, video, and event sponsorships. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll build long-term partnerships and provide thoughtful, goal-driven solutions that create real, lasting value.  

Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and decision-makers

Create and present integrated marketing campaigns

Sell across a variety of platforms. including radio, podcast sponsorships, digital ads, video content, and event opportunities

Maintain a focus on results, accountability, and client success

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality

Previous experience in media, advertising, or marketing sales is a plus
