Job description:

• As a Dental Assistant, you play an integral role in delivering exceptional dental care and quality of work for our patients.

Qualifications:

• Have a strong work ethic.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be attentive to detail and has the ability to multitask effectively.
• EFDA (Expanded function dental assistant) preferred.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Handle or communicate financial information about patients' treatment and appointments.
• Perform and maintain accurately detailed patients' records.
• Assist and/or take high quality impressions for restorations.
• Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history.

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.

- Proficiency in EagleSoft preferred.

- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for dental prosthetics is a plus.

- Proficiency in dental documentation and coding.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
