What does a Director of Community Partnership and Outreach do?

Requirements for this Director of Community Partnership and Outreach job

To excel as the Director of Community Partnership and Outreach, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in education, nonprofit management, social services, community development, public administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in youth development, school and community partnerships, outreach initiatives, or nonprofit program leadership is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of building and sustaining partnerships with schools, districts, community agencies, civic groups, and funders. Supervisory experience is required, along with the ability to coach, support, and develop staff and volunteer leaders effectively.
