Purpose of Position 

The Senior Maintenance Crew Worker performs general duties related to the maintenance of County roadways, right-of-way and facilities, under the direction of the general supervisor. This position is governed by the Greene County personnel policy manual and safety manual. 

Minimum Training and Experience 

Required to Perform Essential Job Functions High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of the operation and routine maintenance of all types of trucks, including hazard procedures and safety precautions involved in operating trucks. Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) permit upon hire. Must obtain and maintain as a condition of employment, a valid Missouri Class A (CDL) Commercial Driver’s License with airbrakes, manual transmission, and fifth wheel authorizations, within 60 days of hire. Two years’ experience with the Greene County Highway Department or five years of outside equivalent experience.
