Treasury Services Officer

Job Summary
The Treasury Services Officer is responsible for cultivating and sustaining customer relationships, addressing their needs with existing or new bank products and services. This role emphasizes expanding current banking relationships, acquiring new business, and staying attuned to market conditions to maintain competitiveness. Collaboration with retail, lending, deposit operations, and digital services teams is integral to achieving objectives.

Primary Work Location and Schedule: 

• Hybrid work environment: schedule requires a combination of on-site and home office hours
• On-site: 3050 S Delaware Ave, Springfield MO 65804

• Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends and evenings as needed
• Fulltime; 40 hours per week average

Position Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• A minimum of three years of bank experience; or
• A combination of education, training and experience equivalent
• Jack Henry experience preferred

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to proactively cross-sell bank products & services
• Ability to apply and enforce regulatory standards for ethical behavior, confidentiality and information security
