LOCAL SPRINGFIELD BYRIDER OWNER RECEIVES COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE AWARD, FRANCHISEE OF THE YEAR AWARD AND PRESIDENT’S AWARD

Byrider, one of America’s largest integrated used car dealerships and franchise systems, presented the President’s Award and the Commitment to Excellence Award to Russ Larson, Winston Sleeth and their team for successful management of the dealership (located at 1226 S. Glenstone Avenue in Springfield, Mo.) at the company’s annual convention in Amelia Island, Fla.

The Springfield store was the only franchise to receive the Commitment to Excellence Award, which is given to the #1 location for superior contributions to the Byrider brand and communities the dealership serves. The location also received the Franchisee of the Year and the President’s Awards reflecting its superior performance inside the Byrider dealership network.

Larson operates seven stores in Iowa and Missouri, all ranked 11th or higher in dealership rankings, and has earned Franchise of the Year for 12 straight years.

Craig Peters, chief executive officer at Byrider, said, “Our franchisees comprise the majority of our organization, so we’re proud to recognize Russ, Winston, and their team for earning high rankings in key categories including customer advancement and vehicle service, as well as serving as an exemplary member of the Byrider family.”

“Setting high standards for customer service is one of the keys to success in the franchise industry and we’re pleased to recognize the owners and operators who have implemented effective strategies to help their customers move forward while setting the bar high for other Byrider operations,” said Chris Hadley, Byrider vice president of franchising.
