Care to Learn Welcomes Dr. Staci Rogers to Board of Directors
Care to Learn is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Staci Rogers, Chief Transformation Officer at CoxHealth, to its Board of Directors, effective July 2025. Dr. Rogers brings a wealth of experience in healthcare and a passion for serving and strengthening communities.
She joined CoxHealth in 2008 as an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician. Over the years, Dr. Rogers has held several leadership positions within the organization, including System Medical Director for Women’s Health and Chief Clinical Integration Officer. Since 2021, she has served as Chief Transformation Officer, leading initiatives focused on enhancing care delivery and driving organizational innovation.
Dr. Rogers holds her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
