NextGen Under 30 Missouri is looking for the next generation of outstanding leaders, innovators and difference-makers across the state — and we want to make sure Springfield is well represented!

Springfield-area businesses, nonprofits, schools, organizations and community leaders are encouraged to nominate exceptional young Missourians who are making an impact in their careers and communities.

To qualify, nominees must be 30 years of age or younger during 2026. Nominations are open across a wide range of industries, including education, health care, finance, the arts, manufacturing and trades, marketing and media, nonprofit organizations, public service, real estate, science and technology, sports, tourism and more.

Nominating someone is free, and nominators may submit more than one candidate. The nomination is also anonymous unless the nominator chooses to personally tell their candidate!

2026 Important Dates:
• Nomination Deadline: September 20, 2026
• Application Deadline: October 1, 2026
• Honorees Announced: October 5, 2026
• NextGen Under 30 Missouri Day at the Capitol & Awards Ceremony: October 29, 2026
• Location: Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City
