Originally from Arkansas and having served communities across Texas and Florida, Tiffin’s promotion follows a trajectory marked by innovation, purpose-driven brand storytelling, and a relentless focus on guest satisfaction.

Tiffin joined IPC in early 2025 as Director of Marketing Operations, where he immediately took the helm of the company’s 25th anniversary rebrand. Prior to IPC, he held leadership roles at the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism as Deputy Chief of Communications and at Exhibition Hub, managing the Van Gogh Immersive Experience. He also led communications at Cinemark Corporate and built brand strategies for local governments, nonprofits, and community-centered organizations.
But it was an earlier chapter — at The Walt Disney Company, that helped shape Tiffin’s foundational understanding of world-class guest service and storytelling. Serving guests at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and The World of Disney in Orlando, Tiffin witnessed firsthand how immersive detail, emotional connection, and consistent standards could transform even a simple transaction into a magical moment.
“Working at Disney taught me that guest experience isn’t just a department,it’s the brand itself,” Tiffin said. “The precision, the passion, the ability to create joy at every touchpoint—those lessons stuck with me and inform every campaign, training, and strategy I lead today.”
His time at Disney continues to influence his leadership philosophy as he guides IPC’s national guest experience standards, creative campaigns, and experiential storytelling efforts.
Tiffin’s ability to bridge creative marketing with operational execution has distinguished him in both public and private sectors. His unique blend of frontline service expertise and executive strategy allows him to lead with empathy, agility, and an unrelenting focus on guest satisfaction.
