Imagine Technical Institute Welcomes Becky Warlick
Imagine Technical Institute (ITI) is pleased to announce Becky Warlick as its new Manager. A resident of Reeds Spring, Missouri, Warlick brings extensive human resources and leadership experience, along with a deep personal commitment to creating opportunities for people with disabilities.
Warlick’s background includes more than 20 years in management, including human resources leadership roles at Jordan Valley Health and Big Cedar Lodge. Her experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce development will support ITI’s efforts to help people with disabilities prepare for and secure competitive, integrated employment.
Warlick’s passion for disability inclusion is rooted in her experience as the mother of a son with Down syndrome. A fierce advocate for her son and others with disabilities, she brings both professional expertise and a personal understanding of the importance of meaningful employment, independence, and belonging.
“We’re excited to welcome Becky to the ITI team,” said ITI Competitive Employment Director Josh Clair. “Her strong HR background gives her valuable insight into what employers are looking for and how to build successful employment relationships. Just as important, her personal commitment to disability inclusion reflects the heart of our mission.”
Imagine Technical Institute provides vocational training and employment services to help people with disabilities build skills, connect with employers, and pursue meaningful careers.

ABOUT IMAGINE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE
Founded in 2023, Imagine Technical Institute (ITI) provides vocational training and employment services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in southwest Missouri. In collaboration with Boone Center, Inc. in St. Peters, Mo., ITI empowers people with disabilities to find and keep jobs in our local community, working alongside non-disabled individuals while earning the same opportunities, benefits, and pay. ITI is the dream of Hollister native Tim Connell. His passion for creating a school for people with disabilities developed as he volunteered for disability-related organizations following his son’s Autism diagnosis in 1995. ITI partners with local businesses to co-create training programs. For more information, contact ITI’s Director of Competitive Employment, Josh Clair, at (417) 240-7630 or [email protected].
