SPRINGFIELD, MO – The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research announced that Missy Wallace, Commercial Risk Account Manager with Ollis/Akers/Arney Insurance & Business Advisors is the 2026 Missouri recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year award. Wallace is the eighth Ollis/Akers/Arney employee in ten years to receive the distinction for the state of Missouri demonstrating outstanding service and professionalism within the insurance community.

We are surrounded by people who genuinely care about doing a good job, taking care of our clients, and helping each other grow,” says Wallace. “To be the eighth employee in ten years to receive this recognition makes it even more meaningful because I am joining a group of coworkers I have a tremendous amount of respect for.”

Wallace has been an employee-owner at Ollis/Akers/Arney Insurance & Business Advisors since 2023. She has earned her Professional Commercial Insurance Advisor (PCIA) designation as well as her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
