Join us for economic insight as we prepare for the year ahead, featuring a presentation from Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis economist Charles S. Gascon, followed by a panel discussion exploring the economic outlook closer to home.

Charles S. Gascon is an Economist and Assistant Vice President in the Research division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where he has worked since 2006. He analyzes current economic conditions nationally and in the Eighth Federal Reserve District, briefs the Bank president prior to Federal Open Market Committee meetings, and authors the Bank's Beige Book report — a summary of economic conditions gathered from regional business contacts. His work has been cited in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and local media outlets. Gascon holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a member of the American Economic Association and the National Association for Business Economics.
