As the state continues to reopen and move through COVID-19 recovery efforts, businesses are facing potential pandemic-related liability concerns, which could further hinder economic recovery and reopening efforts.

Please join us via conference call to hear Kutak Rock legal experts Amanda Cochran and Joshua Christensen address these concerns and share insights on how to minimize potential liability as businesses navigate the changing legal landscape in the face of the ongoing pandemic.
