Join us for our third Living in SGF series event for 2024! Come rediscover the old Boyd Elementary School as it transforms into apartments and commercial space. Learn about the building from developer Matt Blevins as he shares his vision for the project, the importance of redevelopment, as well as the challenges and opportunities of repurposing a historic building. We’ll take a tour of the building so be sure to take this opportunity for a first glimpse of the project.
