We are seeking applicants to fill a Student Maintenance Assistant position in the Accounting & Finance Division.  Interested applicants must be currently enrolled in either a high school or college curriculum and continue to be enrolled while employed. This position offers employment Monday through Friday at least 20 hours/week during the spring and fall semesters and 40 hours/week in the summer. 

The successful candidate will assist as needed with the care of over 100,000 square feet of office space and 20 acres of land.

Responsibilities would include assisting with the following:

*Inside building maintenance           

*Light vehicle maintenance

*Ground maintenance including operating lawn equipment

*Running daily errands

*Responding to internal customer requests

*Assisting others in the department with related tasks

The ability to multi-task and adapt to changing workload and instructions is essential.  The successful candidate will be dedicated, responsible, and punctual with great customer service skills.
