Bailey was sworn in as the 44th Attorney General in January 2023 and serves as the State's chief legal official. He most recently served as General Counsel for Missouri Governor Mike Parson and has previous experience serving in the Missouri Attorney General's Office, Missouri Dept. of Corrections, Warren County's Prosecuting Attorney's Office, and served in the United States Army.
